I have a wide background in training and management with one of the country's leading FTSE 100 companies. After successfuly rising through the ranks to manage and lead a team to achieve numerous sales and service awards it was time to put those skills to wider use for the company. Training others within the organisation was a joy as it was possible to motivate and inspire individuals to achieve the very best - not only for the company but also for themselves. I am a dedicated motivational trainer with a
natural ability to assess and assist others in setting and achieving
goals. Using quality training I have a proven track record of

moved from having the worst record to being the best in 6 months.

and improved Sales and Customer Service training for overseas call

Developed and delivered new induction programme
which resulted in significant increase in staff satisfaction scores |

Created and delivered "train the trainer"
event and follow-up coaching. This led to 100 accredited trainers

Certificate in Training Practice qualification and not only passed
with distinction but was awarded "student of the year"
for the North East region. |
